In Bug 37901, the OP (Maik Wagner) had the broken prefix, not me.

In a fresh prefix, using SPG Verein v3.2,
downloaded from:
https://www.ksk-koeln.de/produkte/girokonten/elektronisches-bezahlen/spg-verein-vereinssoftware.aspx
(click on the link 'Demoversion')

$ sha1sum vdemo-setup-320.exe
d7744942fa4957fe40344b5f855d44922039df78  vdemo-setup-320.exe
$ wine --version
wine-1.9.23 (Staging)

64-bit prefix behaves the same as the 32-bit one.

$ rm -rf ~/.wine
