I've looked into this problem a little. The part of the problem seems to be
that GRAW uses 1x1 render target texture when rendering to depth/stencil
texture. In this case wined3d shrinks viewport to 1x1 which is a wrong thing to
do. Matteo may have patches to fix this [1], but it doesn't seem to be enough
to get shadows rendered correctly.
