Confirming in 1.9.24. Tried running in winedbg but it does not stop when the
exception happens, following the relay log shows that after selecting the file
name a bunch of GDI calls are used to retrieve the preview that is embedded
into the file (GetDIBits I believe). These calls are not present when not
requesting to save with preview.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Install and run the program, no native DLLs necessary;
2) Draw a squase using the tool;
3) Save the file ensuring that "Show Preview" is enabled.
