Hi, I remember I tested this app a few weeks ago and it started just fine for
me. If I remember correctly it needs .Net 2.0 (not 100 % sure, I`ll retest it
when I have some time)

Anyway, it could be an issue that it doesn`t run on x86-64; I tested on x86-32
and as I said, it started just fine for me so might be x86-64 <--> x86-32
difference issue
