Because of 

Unhandled exception: unimplemented function
api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.d._get_narrow_winmain_command_line called in
32-bit code (0x7b43fbe2).

this bug is a dupe of bug 40905. That's already fixed in wine...I don't know
how to find exact version, but that bug was marked fixed at this summer.

Then you might hit bug 41227 which has no recent response. Or bug 41656. Which
sounds very similar to the bug before.

Or you could end up with bug 41725. Unimplemented function
api-ms-win-crt-math-l1-1-0.dll._except1

That bug seems to be still valid.

Then there is bug 41320.
and this bug about audio 39576.

And few alt+tab bugs. 

bug 35976 and bug 39164.

This is a huge mess already. And people keep opening new bugs about the same
issues.
