This exact issue occurs here:

If click on "View" in the "Other Apps Affected" column in the Known Bugs
section, you will get the error: 

Fatal error: bug_id should be a boolean value. Please try clearing out your
cookies. If the problem continues please email appdb at winehq.org with the error
text.
