Something to do with the application base path. In a working configuration:

"C:\\Program Files\\GamersFirst\\APB
Reloaded\\Launcher\\Localization\\ENGLISH\\skin\\repairbutton_default.gif"

In the broken configuration:

"C:\\Program Files\\GamersFirst\\APB
Reloaded\\Localization\\ENGLISH\\skin\\repairbutton_default.gif"
