Screenshot of Launcher not displaying correctly

Thanks for your quick reply. I am attaching a screenshot to illustrate this
further and forgot to mention that I am using a 64-Bit system.

Unfortunately installing corefonts and ie8 didn't help either. 

Please note that on the screenshot it says something like "Failed to open
WebGUI" so it seems browser related.

When I click on the "Play on Tranquility" the game actually starts up but I am
not allowed to login from the game and I am advised to use the Launcher, which
doesn't work.
