Opening video issue should be fixed by my patch
(547f4bc2cf3263c880c99498d4a1ebde7daaf6a1).

At least, I can't reproduce your issues in wine 2.0rc1.
Even without "winetricks vcrun6 native_oleaut32", it works fine including
background images and second animation.
