This is an indie platformer available on Steam. The game has no demo version.

When you start the game the first time, it asks for username, country, city
(needed for online ranking).
After filling out the required fields and pressing <Enter>, the following
message is displayed at the bottom of the screen then the game quits:
"Profile creation failed due to connection issues. Please retry later."

In the terminal:

    wininet: Rewrite chunked stream to store full stream state and allow
non-blocking reads crossing chunk boundries.

Profile creation works with the previous commit.
