[Bug 42075] Amazon Kindle login fails

What it did was this:

# rm -rf ~/.wine
# WINEARCH=win32 wine ~/Downloads/KindleForPC-installer-1.16.44025.exe
# WINEDEBUG=warn+all wine .wine/drive_c/Program\ Files/Amazon/Kindle/Kindle.exe
>& kindle-log-161225.txt

While the last command was running I tried to enter Amazon credentials.

Microsoft fonts are installed systemwide at /usr/share/fonts/TTF.
taskset -c 0 has no noticeable effect.

It doesn't look to me like one 29045 and 35041. The application does not crash,
it just refuses to log in.
