Seems to be still valid against wine 2.0.rc3. I opened a ticket against it bug
42093.

I was about to test those patches but I don't know how I can merge them. 1st
patch of the series gives this error.

patch: **** Only garbage was found in the patch input

I tested this bug against wine-staging 2.0.rc3 and it indeed finishes. The
unimplemented function isnt fatal in this case.
