[Bug 19177] Gorky-17 does not start

Retesting in 2.0-rc3. The demo launchs and works fine in Software mode. In
hardware modes it will display the menu but stop when selecting start in the
menu with the message "Unable to compute z-lookup table".

These lines are shown when not in software mode before the message box:

fixme:d3d:surface_load_location Unimplemented copy from
WINED3D_LOCATION_TEXTURE_RGB to WINED3D_LOCATION_SYSMEM for depth/stencil
buffers.
err:d3d:texture_resource_sub_resource_map Failed to prepare location.

The game has an intro that does not play, space key is required to escape it
and get to the menu.
