Follow up.

Since a workaround for the install bug has been reported, I was able to install
5.4.8.1 properly.  I was able to run it by changing the system date back to
2015.

The error doesn't occur now.  There's some other OLE errors that Wine reports
but they're not fatal to the app:

err:ole:RevokeDragDrop invalid hwnd 0x1027a
err:winediag:SQLDrivers No ODBC drivers could be found. Check the settings for
your libodbc provider.
err:ole:apartment_getclassobject DllGetClassObject returned error 0x80040111
err:ole:create_server class {88d969c0-f192-11d4-a65f-0040963251e5} not
registered
err:ole:CoGetClassObject no class object {88d969c0-f192-11d4-a65f-0040963251e5}
could be created for context 0x5

I think the original problem was the incomplete hacked install, and its current
absence is due to that being corrected rather than Wine changes.
