Horia, try joggling with the Wine settings. I have found that D3D9 (directx 9)
works ok, but people reported that OpenGL works even better, although, after i
select my character, the window stops loading at 90-95%, which leds me to
believe that it will not load.
THere are a few tricks you can hackle: add DLLs, change Wine prefix, edit the
config.wtf file from your profile in wow etc

Google it.
