Not major (see bug reporting guidelines). Your log contains the following lines
which suggests that something went wrong with upgrading wine version, or you
didn't properly restart the wineserver afterwards:

wine client error:0: version mismatch 491/493.
Your wineserver binary was not upgraded correctly,
or you have an older one somewhere in your PATH.
Or maybe the wrong wineserver is still running?

Please fix those issues and attach a new log if the issue is still present
afterwards. If possible please also test in a fresh wine prefix without
PlayOnLinux, not all modifications and recipes are supported by WineHQ and
could make the bug report invalid if its caused by one of those.
