No, because you can take SI3.DLL from working 3Dmark and place it to
non-working 3Dmark and it begins to work. It really depends on version of
SI3.DLL.

Actually replacing of SI3.DLL is the only way, how to run "latest" 3Dmark 2003,
because parameter -nosysteminfo does not work for "latest" 3Dmark 2003.
