Please add logs as attachments in the future.

The function ImageGetCertificateHeader is already implemented since a long
time. Your issue is very likely caused by a corrupted wine prefix. Did you
maybe try to disable dbghelp in winecfg?

Please try again in a fresh prefix without executing any unnecessary winetricks
recipes.
