I do not experience any difference between a 32-bit and 64-bit wine prefix here
(XFCE 4 on Archlinux). In both cases the window jumps around almost
uncontrollably. Disabling "allow window managers to control windows" in winecfg
reduces those effects, but a couple of issues are still present.
