fyi: All wine and wine-development packages shipped in Debian (stable,
backports, testing, unstable) aren't affected/fixed by now. They are either
pre-pulseaudio or have the PULSE_LATENCY_MSEC removed from the wrapper script.

Maybe someone retitle the bug and remove the Debian tag again?
