Before a long-standing issue with winegstreamer was fixed, most distributions
disabled it. You can do the same by going to winecfg, and setting
winegstreamer.dll to disabled. Does that workaround the issue?

Of course the bug itself is still valid, and should be fixed. Could you please
attach full terminal output? A log with WINEDEBUG=+gstreamer might also help.
