I am also stuck at copying this file. And console shows this

err:ddeml:WDML_CreateString Unknown code page 850

But it feels that this could be user error. If you download all those 3 files
from the pointed website. It's not so clear what's the correct directory
structure to get these installed. Does this even work on windows?
