good looking icons in wine-1.4.1

Nanocad 5.0 works ok with wine 1.4.1, but in wine 1.9.0.37 icons on toolbars
have black background. Screenshots are attached.

I bisected the problem. The first bad commit is:

gdi32: Always use the DIB engine for monochrome bitmap rendering.


Nanocad 5.0 is free and can be downloaded here:

It can be used without registration/activation in Demo mode. This is enough to
reproduce the bug.


Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Unpack zip archive into ~/nanocad5

2. Install prerequirements
WINEARCH=win32 WINEPREFIX=~/.wine/wine-test ./wine
~/nanocad5/PreReq/vcredist_x86.exe 

3. Install nanoCad
WINEARCH=win32 WINEPREFIX=~/.wine/wine-test ./wine msiexec /i
~/nanocad5/nanoCAD.msi

4. Install nanoCad
WINEARCH=win32 WINEPREFIX=~/.wine/wine-test ./wine msiexec /i
~/nanocad5/nanoCAD.msi

5. Run nanoCad. Select Demo mode.
WINEARCH=win32 WINEPREFIX=~/.wine/wine-test ./wine
~/.wine/wine-test/drive_c/Program\ Files/Nanosoft/nanoCAD\ en\ 5.0/nCad.exe

6. See icons with black background on toolbars
