quickly hacked (wrongly defined) stubs, just to get the app started

I can conirm this bug. It fails on:
0009:Call KERNEL32.GetProcAddress(7ebd0000,00f00928 "AddAuditAccessObjectAce")
ret=00f05a3b
0009:Ret  KERNEL32.GetProcAddress() retval=00000000 ret=00f05a3b
0009:Call KERNEL32.ExitProcess(00f04ef0) ret=00f05a4c

After this 2 more stubs are needed:

 AddAccessAllowedObjectAce
 AddAccessDeniedObjectAce

Then the app starts fine. I don't have the time to write patch with correct
stubs , Austin could you give this a shot? Gr. Louis
