The problem is not observed on 32bit x86 platform (Debian Jessie, i386,
wine-1.8-1). For this reason, it seems to be a problem with WineMultiArch/WoW64
setup. 

Changes are this is the same issue described in bug 39788 which is merged into
bug 21448.
