quickly hacked (wrongly defined) stubs, just to get the app started

Hi , i used attached patch, in which the parameters are obviously wrongly
defined, but i don't have the time to write correct patch + send stuff to
wine-patches. 
You could  write correct patch yourself using info on
https://technet.microsoft.com/nl-nl/windows/dd162691 an send to wine-patches,
it's not that difficult.
