[Bug 40027] Caesar IV crashes at launch

Ok. I switched versions using brew switch wine 1.9.1 and tried to install the
Demo. It sort of installed because DotNetInstaller.exe crashed midway (see
attached log) but installation finished anyways. Then I tried to run the
program and it crashes just as before (see the other log).

Then I switched back to 1.8 using brew switch wine 1.8 and it ran just fine. At
first I thought that the issue would be that I was switching versions "on the
fly" so to speak but this problem doesn't occur with other applications.

I'm still running the regression test to see if I can find something.
