Not one game. It seems bug 32273 is the same.
Games Heroes of Might And Magic VI and King's Bounty:* affected same way. And
only on Nvidia. The bug appears in MacOSX so it doesn't depend on linux
drivers. 

As well I encounter a bug with index shader out of range in game Sims 2 Season
(bug 8051) that proposed a software rendering. I don't know if it is related
just my thoughts.
