A different result with the 64-bit install (Wine 1.8).  The downloader shows a
"Path not found" error during installation but reports installation success
(false).  Running the installer Setup.exe reports:

"Your system has not been modified.  To complete installation at another time,
please run setup again."

Prerequisites are a bit more complicated because the downloader is 32-bit but
the installer is 64-bit.  A 64-bit IE8 is required (IE8 for Windows Server 2003
SP2 64-bit Edition,
