On my Wine setup I have disable winepulse.drv and I have now noticed if I'm
starting winecfg, going to Libraries, adding for example d3dcompiler_46 and
disabling it that clicking on Apply does swap the position of both libraries
but the selection doesn't follow. Maybe the list should already get sorted if a
new override for a library gets added (including that the selection does point
to the added library).
