This issue was occurring on Antergos as well as Ubuntu 16.04.  It doesn't seem
OS specific but more wine specific.  On Antergos the wine version was 1.19 and
on Ubuntu the wine version is 1.6.2 so both of the Operating Systems are having
the same bug.
