Disable Wine Desktop tray_window creation (hack)

Yup, the Wine Virtual Desktop panel is really dumb... It appears if you are
running more than one application and has no configuration options
what-so-ever. It would nice to have at least the option to disable completely
it with a Wine registry setting.

I've attached a patch, tested with Wine-Staging 1.9.13 git, that disables the
taskbar/panel (aka "tray_window") from ever being created. Certainly reverts
the issue that op is experiencing (fixing AvP Classic for example).
