Terminal output Wine 1.9.14

I am running the following installer

58f8fb7daca55379c9676adbd2da5602 setuponenotefreeretail.x64.en-us_.exe

downloaded from

https://c2rsetup.officeapps.live.com/c2r/download.aspx?productReleaseID=OneNoteFreeRetail&platform=x64&language=en-US&version=O16GA&Source=O16ONF

I have made a clean 64-bit prefix (Windows 7) and the installer crashes and
shows a dialog box like you would get for any backtrace. Any attempt to get the
program error details results in an enormous amount of terminal spam.

My attached terminal output is almost 200 MB uncompressed and that was when I
was trying to minimize the terminal spam by killing the process as quickly as
possible.

In short, this installer still crashes in Wine 1.9.14.
