1, Install mIRC 7.45
2, At end of installer, [Check] Run mIRC.
3, Click "Finish".
4, "About mIRC" window will show up. Click "Continue". Wait ~10 seconds Click
"Continue".
5, "mIRC Options" Click "OK".
6, Tools -> Script Editor. You will be in the "Remote" tab. 
7, Paste in code:

8, Click "OK".
9, Type "/test" in the text box, press ENTER.
10, Click "Yes" at the Command Warning.
11, mIRC crashes.
