Sorry about my late reply.  I am currently using Wine 1.9.14 with great
success.  See my latest update of bug 37361.  Scottrade Elite version is
5.4.5.1.  Bugs 37148 and 37361 should probably be closed.  I emailed
shofners at gmail.com on 7/29/2015 about this (37148) bug, and got no response.
