According to my understanding there is a patch in wine merge queue related to
this bug.

Unhandled exception: unimplemented function
api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.d._get_narrow_winmain_command_line called in
32-bit code (0x7b43bfac).

Is the cause of the crash seen at the log.
