The stack trace obtained when launching AcSELerator RTAC

After installing the .Net AcSELerator RTAC application, which makes heavy use
of DevExpress --> https://selinc.com/products/5033/#tab-downloads

I tried to run the application and got the same error (see attached
stack-trace).

System.TypeInitializationException: The type initializer for
'DevExpress.XtraBars.BarAndDockingController' threw an exception. --->
System.NotImplementedException: The method or operation is not implemented.
