I wrote it in the unpublished app report, sorry for forgetting to mention it
here.

I installed vs 2013 redist package via wine, which got rid of the error. I too
managed to install it just fine, it just crashes on launching.

A question though, why would I need to cd into a directory instead of just
writing the full path(like in the attached log)? I thought there's no
difference.
