I think this bug is actually a dupe of the one that is marked as blocked.

I wasnt able to get gui view with wine 1.9.12, but wine complained that I didnt
have libxml or something like that at compile time and that's very likely since
I don't have all the components installed at compile time. It's a bit
frustfrating to hunt development files. With staging 1.9.12 I didnt see such
complain and it gave me a gui.
