1st problem with the installer is that it sets default install path as

"C:\Program Files\Installation of this game on Microsoft Windows 98, Windows
Me, or Windows 2000 operating systems may result in installation, graphics, or
gameplay-related issues that are no longer supported by Microsoft support
services. It is recommended th"

It somehow misreads the string.
