[Bug 40834] Steam for windows, used on a linux OS, using WINE to run, hardly works at all, I don't know why.

First of all that was as high as  your version list would go (then you need to
update your own version list) secondly, no, I'm not running this on windows,
I'm running it on linux zorin core 9. So please don't end this ticket. Besides
even after a recent update (linux updated wine by itself before running steam)
results are still the same... its a blocker because its so severe that Steam
simply will not work at all anymore after a restart. Sometimes won't work at
all the second its installed. Not sure why.
