Cannot confirm. I continue to get a blank screen, with the following line
repeated to the console during playback (where I can only hear audio):

err:msvideo:ICLocate Required media codec 'vidc IV32' not found!

Tested using the GOG Age of Wonders 2.0.0.13 installer.
