I've added image of Witcher that seems to have similar artifact since
wine-1.9.13 with black beams emanating from face and body.

Still Life 2 only has thin beams from the face, and a large black polygon
emanating from wall or pillars or something. This is quite an improvement from
previous wine versions where all sorts of broken textures occurred.

Still Life 2 has d3dx9_43.dll, d3dcompiler_43.dll overriden since without it:

err:d3dcompiler:compile_shader HLSL shader parsing failed
wine: Unhandled page fault on read access to 0xfffffff8...

Witcher has d3dx9_36.dll overriden, otherwise no graphics except texts in menu
and after starting a game:
