Hi! Thank you for reply. 
It looks like something's wrong in TcApi.dll which is bundled with TdxW.exe . 
In version 1.58 and above, TcApi.dll has a different size from the earlier
versions.
After replacing TcApi.dll with the old version, it works fine.

Still don't know why it crashs, but i'll live with it for now. :-P
