Most likely the reason why you are still encountering this bug is because you
are using an outdated version of Wine. The easiest way to fix it would be to
upgrade to a more recent version (>= 1.7.31). If your distribution doesn't
provide an up-to-date version, you can check the download page of winehq.org.

If there is any specific reason why you need this fix with an old version, you
will have to build Wine and apply the patch yourself. You can find more
information about that on the Wiki, for example

building Wine, the WineHQ forums are a better place to ask, by the way.
