Steps to test this bug.

1. Download the exe.
2. Install
3. Change windows version to vista
4. Try to run the imgburn exe

I just tested this. Runs in xp mode, but crashes in vista mode changing back to
xp mode fixes the crash. Assuming that the analyze is correct. No known patch
for this?
