Hi.

For this particular workaround we have a test for MCM_GETRANGE, that's marked
as broken(), but I'm not sure we want to keep trying to cover for this case,
especially since widely used toolkit is affected. In fact it's possible it's
some leftovers from old times, and Monthcal got fixed, while Datetime was left
as is.

I looked a bit at Monthcal range handling and it's broken in several ways, I'll
submit some fixes soon (will try to make it happen this week).
