I'm a complete ignorant. But given that Gallium Nine improves DX9 performance,
can we possibly expect the same for Vulkan? G9 only works with open source AMD
driver, but Vulkan will be supported by both nvidia and amd proprietary
drivers. That's what made me think performance could be better.
