This is the same game as mentioned in bug 36953 and bug 36956, however I do not
know if those bugs affect the retail disk version, or the digital download
version, as the author does not seem to have indicated either way that I can
see in either bug. 

In short: yes, but possibly not the same (most current) version of the same
game.
