Moving to the wine-staging category. As joaopa pointed out, a regression test
would be useful, but especially with CSMT it is a bit tricky. Are you aware of
any other way to reproduce it?

Please note that there is currently a lot of work going on to restructure
various parts of wined3d, which will also involve a partial rewrite of the CSMT
patchset. After this work is done, it would be useful to retest this bug.
